What will your information be used for?
The information you provide through our website is collected and used by us for the purpose of assessing your application, and considering you, for employment or to update you on employment opportunities.
If your application is successful, we will retain your information as part of your employment records. If your application is unsuccessful, we may retain your information on file and may contact you if a suitable employment opportunity arises or if there are other positions available that may be of interest to you.

What information do we need from you?
To be considered for employment or to be updated on employment opportunities, you will be asked to provide us with personal information. This information includes but is not limited to:

  • Your name
  • Address
  • Contact Details
  • Education background
  • Employment History
  • Details of past roles
  • Medical and other health information
  • Referees
  • Results of Police Checks

If you choose not to provide any of the information requested, we will be unable to fully process your application or properly consider you for employment.  Also, we may not be able to send you future employment opportunities. You must provide us with true, accurate and correct information. You must not provide us with any inaccurate, incomplete, false or misleading information.

How your information will be collected?
We collect information from you when you complete the online application form as well as at other stages during the selection process. Any competency testing, medical questionnaires and your references are also collected during this process. We require this information to be able to consider and assess your application for employment with us. If you do not provide us with this information, then we will not be able to consider or assess your employment application, and we may not be able to contact you to advise of your progress with the selection process.

Storage and access of your information:
Your information that we have collected will be stored by us at a third party data centre, and is only accessible by us and our personnel. We will not provide any unauthorized person outside our Organisation with access. You may change any of your details online through your candidate profile. It is your responsibility to keep your information current.

Who your information may be disclosed to?
We may disclose your information that you have provided to us to referees, related companies and entities and other relevant third party providers who perform services on our behalf during the recruitment process.

We may disclose your information for the purposes of processing, assessing and considering your application for employment and/or identifying other employment opportunities for you. Other than as stated here, we will not disclose personal information you provide to any person outside of our Organisation, except where you provide your express permission to do so.


Any offer of employment will be subject to you obtaining all necessary clearances, licenses and permits required for your position.
