As the financial arm of HMG, Hyundai Capital Services supports global vehicle sales by providing a comprehensive range of automotive finance products and services.

We’re currently hiring an OEM Relationship Manager to act as the primary commercial, operational and strategic interface between HCAU and its OEM partners. In this role, you will be supporting vehicle sales performance, campaign execution, product launches and long-term business planning. As an experienced individual contributor reporting directly to the Sales Planning Director, you will independently manage complex OEM engagement, campaign governance and cross-functional coordination across multiple departments.

  • Establish, maintain and continuously mature senior-level relationships with Hyundai, Kia and Genesis across sales, marketing, incentives and executive teams.
  • Act as first point of contact for all OEM-related matters and represent HCAU at OEM meetings, workshops, planning sessions and ad-hoc engagements.
  • Maintain a regular physical presence at OEM offices (ideally weekly), regardless of scheduled meetings, to build informal rapport and early insight.

OEM Governance, Meetings & Cadence Management (20%):

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Hyundai/Kia OEM governance meetings, including meeting scheduling and coordination.
  • Design and manage slide decks and OEM-specific content, campaign updates and special agenda items.

Campaign & Incentive Management (30%):

  • Lead end-to-end OEM campaign management, including campaign scenario and commercial analysis (including competitor benchmarking where applicable).
  • Pre-campaign planning, campaign system set-up, testing and go-live readiness.
  • Campaign agreement drafting, review and execution including oversight of advertising assets and dealer collateral.

Reporting, Analysis & Executive Support (10%):

  • Prepare OEM and internal reports for Committees, CCO and Dealer Council.
  • Internal and OEM Ledgers, along with OEM HQ and HCS HQ data requests.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights as directed by the Sales Planning Director and CCO.

Your skills & experience:

  • Demonstrated success in automotive, automotive finance or related commercial environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex OEM or key account relationships independently.
  • Strong background in campaign, incentive or commercial program management.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams in matrix organisations.
  • Ideally a relevant undergraduate and/or postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, Finance, Commerce or similar discipline.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance OEM objectives and HCAU profitability.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organisational levels.
  • Advanced project management capability with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • High level of written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability.
  • Ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

What we offer you:

  • A flexible hybrid working environment.
  • WELL Core Platinum certified office.
  • Competitive base salary & bonus structure.
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Program.
  • 14 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carers.
  • A fun and collaborative team with great work life balance.
