We are seeking a Treasury & Funding Analyst to support the management of our funding activities, liquidity position, and treasury operations. In this role, you will assist with funding execution, cash flow forecasting, risk management, and financial reporting, working closely with internal stakeholders and external banking partners.
You will play a key role in supporting funding transactions, maintaining strong banking relationships, monitoring liquidity requirements, and delivering timely treasury insights to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
What you’ll do:
Capital Markets & Funding
- Support execution of funding transactions, including bank loans, debt capital markets issuances, and securitisations.
- Maintain relationships with banks, investors, and funding partners.
- Manage day-to-day funding administration, including drawdowns, covenant reporting, and interest payments.
- Oversee transaction banking activities, including user access, credit cards, bank accounts, and term deposits.
Cash Flow, Liquidity & Risk Management
- Maintain and monitor short- to medium-term cash flow and liquidity forecasts.
- Partner with sales and operations teams to track business pipelines and proactively manage funding requirements.
- Support interest rate hedging activities and broader risk management initiatives.
- Assist with maintaining the funding plan, strategic forecasts, and key treasury policies.
Strategy & Reporting
- Support preparation of ALCO materials, board submissions, and funding approval papers.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends, interest rates, and market pricing to inform funding strategy.
- Support month-end reporting and wider finance requirements.
- Prepare regular reporting on debt balances, funding costs, cash flow, and liquidity metrics.
Your skills & experience:
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience in a treasury, finance, advisory or banking role.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, economics or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of financial statements and other related financial documentation.
